Launched LibAnswers system in Summer 2013. Chat feature in LibAnswers did not work correctly with District IT managed WCMS. Chat service discontinued. LibAnswers system also offers an FAQ knowledgebase, email, online form and texting.
Our patrons prefer to ask for help In person by a whopping 91.7%. Patrons contacting us through other means (chat, phone calls, texting, email, and Ask a Librarian form) were only 8.29%.
