Thursday was our overall busiest day. Tuesday was our 2nd busiest. Our busiest days/time (anything over 200) for Spring 2014:
Our patrons still prefer to ask for help In person by a whopping 89%. Patrons contacting us through other means (phone calls, texting, email, and Ask a Librarian form) rose slightly to 11%.
Technical questions ((database access, database searching, GoPrint)) accounted for 41% of all questions - slightly less than in the Fall. The rest of the questions show Reference (30%) pulling ahead of Directional (27%).
