Our patrons still prefer to ask for help In person by a whopping 87%. Patrons contacting us through other means (phone calls, texting, email, and Ask a Librarian form) rose slightly to 13%.
Technical questions ((database access, database searching, GoPrint)) accounted for 39% of all questions. The rest of the questions - Reference (30%) and Directional (26%).
