Tuesday was our overall busiest day. Monday was our 2nd busiest. Our busiest days/time (anything over 100) for Maymester & Summer 2015:
Our patrons still prefer to ask for help In person by a whopping 87%. Patrons contacting us through other means (phone calls, texting, email, and Ask a Librarian form) held steady with Summer 2014 at 13%.
Technical questions ((database access, database searching, GoPrint)) accounted for 43% of all questions. The rest of the questions - Reference (23%) and Directional (30%).
