Learning Outcomes

• Understand the basic concept of Copyright and Creative Commons Licensing options.
• Learn that plagiarism is a spectrum and apply skills to avoid inadvertent plagiarism offenses.
• Review frequently required citation styles such as APA, MLA, and Chicago.
• Consider scenarios of poor citation and/or plagiarism and examples of how it could be avoided.
