Annual Statistics - TexShare: Home

TexShare Card Statistics are collected from the five Alamo Colleges and submitted annually to the Texas State Library. An email message is normally received from the Texas State Library in September asking for these statistics.  If no message arrives, call the the State Library  for an explanation. 

The email message normally contains a link to the current reporting form used to submit the statistics. The statistics reported affect the state's funding for library services. https://www.tsl.texas.gov/texshare/card

Each college has a separate online form for reporting statistics. A joint form is also available. 

• After reviewing the requirements posted on the TexShare Card web pages, an Excel template that includes every question asked is emailed to each of the Automation Librarians and Circulation Staff Members in early September. 
• No transaction details are reported to protect confidentiality.
• The combined statistics for the Alamo Colleges are reported to the Texas State Library and posted in LibGuides each year.
