Library Area Reservations

The Library Performance Area (LPA) is located on the 4th floor of Moody Learning Center. 

1. Set-up and clean-up of the space is your responsibility.
2. Select a date.
   • You can only select one date at a time.
   • Repeat the process for each date.
3. The confirmation email contains a cancellation link for your event.

Library Space Events: Considerations for Use
 
If the event is outside the Library’s normal hours:

• Has your team arranged for Campus Police to unlock the building?
• Has your team arranged for the building to be closed after the event by Campus Police?

For all events:

• Have you requested support from Campus Logistics if you need tables and chairs?
• Food is allowed!
• Give yourself time to set-up.
