Financial Aid Office

During the COVID-19 remote learning period, the Alamo Colleges Student Contact Center is available to assist students with Admissions, Academic Advising, Business Office, Student Financial Aid and Continuing Education.

The Student Contact Center can be reached M-F 8am-5pm at 210-212-5266 or toll free at 1-844-202-5266.

The Student Financial Aid Office can also be reached by email at dst-sfs@alamo.edu*. 

*Documents with confidential and personally identifiable information may NOT be submitted via email and will not be processed. 

SFA accepts documents submitted via ACES upload, fax, postal mail, or in-person. Please include your BANNER ID on all documents submitted.

Fall & Spring Hours of Operation

Monday: PAC 8 am - 7 pm, all other colleges 8 am - 5 pm

Tuesday: SAC 8 am - 7 pm, all other colleges 8 am - 5 pm

Wednesday: SPC 8 am - 7 pm, all other colleges 8 am - 5 pm

Thursday: NLC & NVC 8 am - 7 pm, all other colleges 8 am - 5 pm

Friday: all colleges 8 am - 5 pm

All Colleges July 27 - August 30, 2020: Mon - Thurs 8 am - 7 pm; Fri 8 am - 5pm; Sat 9 am - 1 pm

For all other months from September - December 2020, all colleges will be open from 9 am - 1 pm on the first Saturday of each month.

November 23 - 25, 2020: No late nights; all colleges 8 am - 5 pm

December 14 - 18, 2020: No late nights; all colleges 8 am - 5 pm
