THINK LIVE BE WELL- The Student Advocacy Center’s Health and Wellness Program uses evidence-based information to develop and implement programming on the SAC campus; providing resources and education that foster healthy living. Our hope is to empower students to make healthy lifestyle choices that will increase their quality of life.

Disaster Distress Helpline: 1-800-985-5880 *Offers a 24/7 national hotline dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling for people experiencing emotional distress related to natural or any human- caused disaster.

Recovery Groups:
In the Rooms hosts over 130 live video meetings every week, run by fellowship chair people who invite members to share amongst the group. With a meeting attendance confirmation option, members can track the meetings they attend. Calendar of groups students can attend for FREE.

Support Groups:
Domestic Violence
Online Meetings Directory for Men, Women, Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Blind/Visually Impaired, Loners/Internationalists, Atheist/Agnostic

LGBTteetotalers- recurring social/support calls for folks who are queer, trans or questioning and sober, sober curious, or in any kind of recovery. These are not recovery meetings, they’re a space for individuals to get together, socialize, and support each other with other people who understand our experiences. This is a Zoom meeting format.

Sober Mommies

Anxiety:
The Tribe- Peer to peer online support group that uses a blog where members can share their story or speak their mind 
Anxiety and Depression Association of America- Anonymous peer to peer online anxiety and depression support group
Student Athletes- Offers free courses on managing stress during their time away from campus and sports, managing health and nutrition fundamentals, and tips for building a resume.
